tick 30% discount if you have to replace any equipment which is not under warranty.

tick FREE Annual RMS servicing (via remote internet connection or at Purple-I Office)
tick Disaster recovery (Store DB backup @ Purple-I)
tick FREE Hardware support @ Purple-I office (if under warranty)
tick Loyalty 10% discount on future orders on any Purple-I system

For the smooth running of your business critical system, we recommend annual servicing and a support contract to cover any unexpected failures. Although our systems are built to the highest quality standards, due to the nature of computers and software, there is always the chance for component failure or software being corrupted, which can become extremely expensive to repair by a qualified Engineer. Our support service will give you the peace of mind and save you money should the unexpected happen.
